A CAR, BIKE, 4x4 & CAR CLUB RUN FOR CHARITY
​ABOUT
We want your support! If you own a Custom Car/ 4x4, Muscle car, Supercar, Bike or if you are a member of a Car Club we want you to join us on our grand parade through the streets of Randburg, from Malibongwe drive onto the N1 highway to our destination (Montecasino) in support of our Sanitary Pad Drive for girls from schools in previously disadvantaged communities. There is NO entrance fee to join the run however each vehicle owner would need to purchase a minimum of 3 packs of pads from any retailer to donate to the cause. Due to a limit on parking at Montecasino, it is compulsory to register for the run. REGISTER BELOW
There are two ways to join the initiative:

Join us for the grand parade (drive) should you own a vehicle mentioned above, or
-
Should you not be able to join the run, you can still drop off your donation at the Montecasino Outdoor Piazza area between 9:30am - 11:30pm.

THE OUTREACH - PERIOD POVERTY
"South Africa is currently facing a critical issue of menstrual hygiene. Many young women and girls cannot access or afford sanitary pads, which has led to absenteeism from school, and even health issues. We aim to provide 1500 girls with a one[1] year supply of sanitary pads. Through our drive and donations we aim to meet or exceed this amount", comments our 15 year old ambassador Tiamara Andrew

MEETING POINT & TIME:
Place: Ferndale on Republic, Ferndale, Randburg. (ROUTE MAP BELOW)
Your arrival Time: 7:30am
Departure to Montecasino: 8:30am
DESTINATION:
Place: Montecasino
Arrival Time: 9:30am
Parking: There is no specific parking when you get to Montecasino, you can park in any parkade and join us in the Piazza outdoor food court for some entertainment and to donate your packs of pads.
Parking charge: Montecasino standard rate @ R20.00per car for the full day.
Piazza Stage Program starts: 10:30am - 11:30am
DRIVE 2 UNITE is a CSI initiative which forms part of the idle Auto Expo that takes place at Montecasino on the 05-06 August. Prior to every event we host we support a cause that is much needed in our beautiful country and with the show being hosted in Womens month we feel that this initiative is the most fitting. This is purely a charity event and we generate no profit, all pads collected are distributed to the schools.
